Uruguay

Uruguay is a small country on the Atlantic coast of South America, between Argentina and Brazil, where the River Plate meets the ocean. Independent since 1825, it hosted and won the first football World Cup in 1930, and it is known for a stable democracy and for raising far more cattle than it has people.
