São Tomé and Príncipe

São Tomé and Príncipe is a nation of two volcanic islands in the Gulf of Guinea, straddling the equator off the coast of Gabon. Independent from Portugal since 1975, it is one of Africa's smallest countries and grows cocoa in its rainforest.
