Monaco

Monaco is a tiny principality on the Mediterranean coast, surrounded on land by France. The world's second-smallest country and its most densely populated, it has been ruled by the Grimaldi family since 1297.

Red and white, the heraldic colours of the House of Grimaldi. It is almost identical to the flag of Indonesia, differing only in its proportions. Adopted in 1881.
