Marshall Islands

The Marshall Islands is a nation of 29 coral atolls and 5 single islands in the central Pacific, set in two parallel chains, Ratak and Ralik. Independent since 1986 in free association with the United States, it includes Bikini and Enewetak, where the US tested nuclear weapons from 1946 to 1958.
