Kenya

Mount Kenya, Africa's second-highest peak, gave the country its name and sits almost exactly on the equator, snow-capped despite the latitude. Each year the Maasai Mara hosts part of the Great Migration, as huge herds of wildebeest and zebra cross from the Serengeti in search of fresh grazing.
