Côte d'Ivoire

Côte d'Ivoire lies on West Africa's Gulf of Guinea, between Liberia and Ghana, with lagoons along the coast and savanna in the north. Independent from France since 1960, it is the world's largest cocoa producer, centred on Abidjan.
