Bangladesh

One of the most densely populated large countries on Earth, home to over 170 million people in an area smaller than the US state of Iowa. Its National Parliament House in Dhaka, designed by architect Louis Kahn, is among the largest legislative complexes in the world.

Green for the land, red for the sun of independence and the blood shed for it. Adopted in 1972, months after independence; the red circle sits slightly toward the hoist so it appears centered when the flag flies.
